Diane is affiliated with the SlowFoods movement, all her lines of chocolates are made with locally sourced ingredients when available, and use no artificial preservatives.

"Donna Toscana" chocolates are inspired by the work of master Chocolatiers with whom Diane met in and around Florence, Italy, featuring dark chocolate and unique combinations of spices and flavors that are found in the Tuscany area.

Diane received Gold, Silver and Bronze awards from the International Chocolate Salon in 2012 in the "Top Chocolate Bar" category and "Top Luxury Caramels" category
